These terms apply to your use of Coyote6Speed.com and the paid Listing Check service. By ordering a Listing Check, you agree to them.

The service

A Listing Check is a desk review of a vehicle listing you send us, using the listing itself, information from the seller, and third-party data sources such as NICB VINCheck and NHTSA recall data. You receive a written report by email. See what's included.

Not an inspection

A Listing Check is not a mechanical inspection, an appraisal, or a title search, and nobody looks at the vehicle in person. We can't detect problems that aren't visible in the listing or reported in the data sources. Always get an in-person pre-purchase inspection from an independent mechanic before you buy. Your information

You're responsible for giving us an accurate listing link and VIN. Reports are based on the information available when we prepare them; listings and records can change afterward.

Delivery

We aim to deliver reports by email within 24–48 hours after we receive your payment and completed intake form.

Refunds

You're entitled to a refund only if we don't deliver your report. If a report isn't delivered, email contact@coyote6speed.com and we'll refund the fee for that undelivered report. Delivered reports are not refundable, including when you disagree with the verdict or decide not to buy.

Limitation of liability

Reports are opinions provided for information only. You make your own buying decision. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a Listing Check is limited to the fee you paid for that check. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including the cost of the vehicle, repairs, or lost opportunities.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in effect when you order applies to that order.
